What your card is
A prepaid card you load in advance, issued through our card partner. It isn't a bank account or a credit card. Your balance earns no interest and isn't covered by any deposit protection scheme.
These terms cover the SWAP.MY virtual card — what it is, what it costs, and the rules that apply to it. By buying, funding or spending a card you agree to every section below.

Purchase, cross-border and decline fees come out of your card balance at the time of the transaction, so an international purchase costs 3% on top of the price. Fees you pay us up front — issuing, adding funds, moving a balance — are shown before you confirm, and the total you pay is the total you see. We may change our fees; the current ones always appear here and in the app.
Crypto payments are final. We can't reverse or refund them once sent. Send only the coin and network we quote, to the address shown for that order, before the invoice expires — anything else may be unrecoverable. If you under- or overpay, contact support and we'll help where we can.
Your card is cancelled automatically after 5 declines in a row, or if declines reach 20% of all its transactions. A successful purchase resets the run. These limits are set by the card programme, so we can't reinstate a card cancelled this way. Most declines are simply a purchase exceeding your balance — top up before retrying.
You can cancel a card whenever you like from its menu. It's permanent, and any balance left on the card is forfeited — spend it down or move it to another card first. We'll show you the exact balance before you confirm. We may also cancel a card if these terms are broken.
Cards are in US dollars. You can load up to $10,000 in a single top-up and spend up to $250,000 per month. Cards work online, and in person through Apple Pay or Google Pay where supported. Merchants and the issuer can decline any transaction, and some merchants don't take prepaid cards at all — we can't guarantee acceptance everywhere.
Use your card lawfully, and only for yourself. Don't sell, share or publish your card details — you're responsible for everything done with a card on your account. Tell us straight away if your card details or account are compromised.
We're not a bank and don't run a chargeback scheme. If a merchant charges you incorrectly or doesn't deliver, resolve it with them directly; a refund appears on your balance once they issue it. Where a dispute goes through the card networks, their decision and the issuer's are final.
Card availability depends on our card partner and can change, pause or stop at short notice. The service is provided as-is. Nothing here removes liability we can't lawfully exclude, but otherwise we aren't liable for indirect losses, merchant declines, third-party outages, or mistakes made funding a card.
